Thank you so much for your generosity in providing this scholarship! I am now completing my freshman year at Grand Canyon University, where I am majoring ni Engineering/Robotics. I had a rough start last fall as I found the fast pace of college life to be especially challenging to manage with my ADHD. Fortunately, that has since changed. 

Immediately upon my return to campus after Christmas, I scheduled an appointment with the Student Disability Services Department. They set me up for weekly appointments with a time management coach. He helps me look at all of my upcoming assignments and together we create a study schedule. Over the weeks, I have learned to do it myself. I also signed up for counseling sessions, which are giving me tools to help deal with stress and anxiety. The difference these two changes have made is staggering! I am now on track to finish stronger this semester and am very much looking forward to returning next fall.

This scholarship is a blessing to me, as it eliminates some of the financial stress that accompanies college. Thank you again!
